HOW TO ASSEMBLE YOUR NASCOOL NASAL IRRIGATOR:

Attach the lower tank to the direction the pointer indicates.

Turn on the nose unit and nose nozzles to the central unit.

Install the batteries correctly.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR SALINE FOR NASCOOL NASAL WASHING:

Washing with lukewarm water always gives you a good experience. To protect burning from the hot water, we provide the temperature monitoring sticker on the measuring cup for you to detect the liquid’s temperature.

The sticker’s setting is 37.

Your rinse water is ready when you find the temperature sticker gets dark.

Enjoy your preferred washing temperature, which should be under 37(99°F)

One salt packet per 200ml water gets the isotonic solution.

Two salt packets per 200ml get the hypertonic solution.

The room-temperature saline solution is suitable for your rinse, but operating with warm water always gives you a good washing experience.

Unpack the salt packet to the measuring cup, fill the cup with cool preboiled water, and be careful if you use hot water. (Distilled water is good too).

Turn, fasten the cover and shake the cup until the salt dissolves. Watch the temperature sticker on the measuring cup.

You can rinse when any of the three OK in the green bar appears. But rinsing when either the second or the third OK appears will bring you the best washing experience. If the NO sign appears under the blue section, it tells you the liquid temperature is too low for rinsing. While the No sign in the red area directs the water is too hot.

Note: If the liquid temperature is lower than 7725 or higher than 13150, there won’t be any signs found on the temperature sticker.

CAUTION:

Always use sterilized water, such as previously boiled or distilled water, during your nasal cleansing. Do not wash directly with any liquid or drug not mentioned above for irrigation to avoid any nasal damage or risks.

THE WORKING PRINCIPLES OF NASCOOL NASAL IRRIGATOR:

1.The saline water is sucked into your nose by the device provided suction from the irrigation tank (upper tank).

2.It goes through the back of your nose.

3.Flows out from the other nostril to the (waste water tank) lower tank.

HOW TO WASH YOUR NOSE WITH NASCOOL NASAL IRRIGATOR:

1. Fill the upper tank with the saline you prepared carefully; attention to the max line should not be exceeded.

2. Breathe with your mouth, and place your tongue on the roof of your mouth; in doing so the closed nasal cavities are created separately from your mouth cavity to avoid the water flowing into your throat. Take several breaths for adaptability until you feel prepared for a start.

3. Slightly up your head over a sink inserting and centering the nose nozzles into your nostrils with a good seal and no gaps; harmonize your nose nozzles and nose passages to form a perfect rinse angle.

4. Firmly press the button to rinse. Release to stop or complete your rinse. Typically the irrigation tank volume allows 10 to 60 seconds of washing, depending on your nasal condition. It stops automatically when the rinse water runs out. Still, keep the unit running for a while after the saline water stops draining into the lower tank.

HOW LONG SHOULD YOU USE YOUR NASCOOL NASAL IRRIGATOR:

The Nascool power suction nasal irrigation is gentler and more efficient enough than any other traditional irrigation system. It works naturally and safely, sufficiently for your nose.

We suggest rinsing not over 1 minute a single time and less than three times for each nostril. Wash every other 1-2 days at any time of the day for your routine.

If you need to get your individual best experience with irrigation frequency, consult your health care doctor with your suggestion.

NOTES:

In case you have coughs, sneeze, vomiting, earache or other symptoms during irrigation, please stop immediately.

Shift to wash

You will need to do nothing but reverse the nasal unit.

Rotate 180°the nasal unit to change in-out flow when needed. The arrows indicate the flow direction like the above picture shows.

When you have a fully congested nose, please refer to this part to change aside to wash.

WHEN YOUR NOSE GET FULLY CONGESTED:

100% congested nose should be rinsed by several short and repeated operations. It should be the intermittent and gentle rinse from one nostril to another in shifts, 10 seconds of short irrigation of each nostril is suitable. Gradually the mucus and nasal discharge get loosen, the path is created for the irrigation, several repeated works over you will get your congestion fully removed.

*Your ears may feel uncomfortable during the above courses. Stop for a while and try later if so. Once you have eyes and ears pain, please stop your rinsing and consult your physician.

TO AVOID UNEXPECTED FLOW AFTER USING NASCOOL NASAL IRRIGATOR:

The liquid may remain in your nasal cavity and flow out at an unexpected time. Following the coming steps will help to remove the remaining water after rinsing.
