Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


Nascool products come with a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product listing.


This warranty is limited to original defects in material and workmanship, and does not cover normal wear and tear, crash or water damage, items that have been modified, or any damages arising as a result of improper use. If you find that an item you purchased from us is defective within that 30 day period, please contact us to return the item for inspection. We will usually repair or replace the item at no charge based on our inspection. Customers have to be responsible for the shipping charges when they are returning the products.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us contact1@nascool.com to authorize a return request within 10 days of your receipt of the product. Returned product must be in its original packing, in new and unused condition, any return with missing parts or damage or custom-configured will not be accepted. The product must be returned to our warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the return authorization. Customer has to responsible for all return shipping cost. We are not responsible for the lost of return product during the shipment. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on any return product and all prior shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Nascool reserves the right to reject any return product.


Consequential in relating caused by our products are not covered to any lost. We reserve the right to deny any warranty claims. Any policy, price, specification, or special offers on our website are subject to change without notice.

Product Warranty

A one-year parts and labor warranty covers the Nascool nasal irrigation system. We will repair or replace any product malfunctioning due to a manufacturing defect within a year of purchase. For service, email us at contact1@nascool.com.


Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Placing the Nose Cleaner in a dishwasher
  • Submerging the Nose Cleaner in water
  • Product abuse, dropping, and other accidents

Shipping Policy

We have warehouse in US and China. Usually takes 3-4 days for US customer. 

For Non-US country, it usually takes 10-15 days.
