How To Use Nascool Respiratory Muscle Trainer Mucus Removal Helper?

Short Intro of Nascool Mucus Removal Device:

Nascool Mucus Removal Device is a drug-free handheld lung physiotherapy device that uses a natural Oscillating Positive Expiratory Pressure (OPEP) process to create pressure and vibration, causing the mucus to loosen and move progressively up the airways, to the throat, until it can be coughed out or swallowed.

Quick Start:

 

 

Step 1

Rotate the cap anti-clockwise and detach it from the main body after you hear the sound of a click.

 

 

Step 2

Put the Stainless Ball you like into the circular corn.

 

 

Step 3

Close the cap and rotate it clockwise till you hear a sound of click.

Step 4

1. Take off the cap for mouthpiece.

2. Hold the device with your mouth.

 

 

 

Step 5

1.Inhale slowly andfully. Hold your breath for 1-2 seconds

2. Seal the mouthpiece with your lips.

 

 

 

 

Step 6

Exhale deeply and slowly. The exhaling length should be 2 or 3 times of the inhaling length.

Keep your cheeks tense during training. If you can’t help it, hold your cheeks with your other hand.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 7

Repeat step 5 and step 6.

Avoid rapid and vigorous breathing during use.

During training, there is a best angle to get full utilization of the oscillating of the ball bearings:

Your line of sight should be upward as you use the device. The vibrations are most effective when exhaled at this angle as follows.
The upper upright portion of the device should be perpendicular to the ground.
With your chin slightly raised, the angle between your line of sight and the horizontal line is typically 30 ° as you look into the bear’s head.

Note: this is because the airflow in and out at this angle will fit our airways best.

Please note:

Since everyone’s respiratory endurance is different, you need to adjust the frequency and duration of training according to your own situation.
If you feel uncomfortable or dizzy during training, please stop using it, take a deep breath, and relax.
